As a member of a small design team, I helped redesign a crucial ERP system that is used daily throughout the retail organization.

The redesign resulted in huge improvements in operational efficiency for employees in every department.

Context

The ERP system serves as the backbone for business operations in one of Ukraine's largest retail companies, supporting everything from inventory management to financial operations. Users range from IT specialists to supermarket cashiers, each requiring specific functionalities for their daily tasks.

Transform a legacy ERP system into an accessible and efficient tool that streamlines daily operations.
